We used Murku, a neat gadget for creating cartoons quickly for Second Life content to produce the following. The whole process took about 15 mins. Each frame was created in Murku and then the three frames were assembled in a paint program.Here, a personal protective equipment is described.
The Play2Train mini forklift was designed to carry objects from one place to another. Here, it is being used to transport rapidly deployable tents. The tents also have interactive labels.

This is a scavenger hunt designed for Play2Train exercise participants after they complete the 6 orientation stations. The ‘game’ provides an opportunity for participants to test and practice their navigational, communication and collaborative skills but in a more relaxed and fun environment. The identity of participants has been protected by removing as many visual identifiers as possible and by altering the avatar voices.

This virtual exercise was enlightening on many counts. We found that very quickly the technology took a back seat and the students were focused on the task at hand.
